Rushey Green is the high street that never went quiet
Plenty of London parades emptied out. This one did not. Buses, trains, schools, the town hall, the leisure centre and a run of national brands all sit within a few hundred yards of the front door, and the pavement outside is busy from breakfast until late.
Stylised for clarity, not to scale. The market sits on the western side of Rushey Green between the Job Centre and the main junction.
Everything within a short walk
Your customers do not need to plan a journey to reach you. They are already on this street for something else.

Catford, London SE6 4HQ. London Borough of Lewisham, title number 76599. Doors open at ten, shutters down at nine.
Why traders keep choosing Catford
This is not a passing trend. It is a working town centre with a resident population that shops locally and spends locally.
A neighbourhood that walks
Dense housing runs in every direction off Rushey Green. Most of your customers will arrive on foot, which means they come back twice a week rather than once a month.
Two stations, one junction
Catford and Catford Bridge sit a few minutes apart. Commuters pass the door on the way in and again on the way home, when they have time to stop.
The civic anchors
Town hall, concert hall, job centre, schools and health services all draw people into the centre on weekdays for reasons that have nothing to do with shopping.

We will not try to convince you with numbers on a page. Turn up at the busy hour, watch the pavement, then decide.
